Here are answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about this shop:
-> How does payment work?
All orders are processed through PayPal, which makes it possible to pay for your order in various ways. PayPal accepts credit and debit cards as well as money orders and money transfer.
-> Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide as long as the area where you are situated has a working postal system.
-> How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders from this shop are sent from Tacoma, Washington, so
deliveries within the US could take 3-7 business days, and anywhere
outside the US could take 2-3 weeks.
Once the order has been put into the USPS, it is
100% out of our control.
When large volumes of orders are made or the band is touring it may take
longer to process your order. You will be notified if irregular delays
like these occur.
CONCERNING CUSTOMS: Once the package is dropped off into the mail, everything (from delivery time, to tracking updates, to potential holds at customs) is out of our control.
We take all the precautions and measures we can to make sure your package gets to you without you needing to pay any more money and fees than necessary. We select every customs form as a "gift", but unfortunately, not every package slips through unchecked.
Because of that, we cannot guarantee that you won't have to pay extra to pick up your package. It is not our responsibility to pay the extra customs fee.
-> What shipping costs are associated with my order?
Shipping varies both within the US and to different parts of the world. We have a buffer to help cover fluctuating prices to various locations, but the difference between domestic and international can be extreme.
Domestic shipping can range from $5-$15+
International shipping can range from $15-$25+
-> Do I have to pay additional shipping costs for more items ordered?
Yes, but generally only a couple of extra bucks due to the weight of the package.-> I preordered an item as well as bought regular items. How will everything be shipped?
If you combine a preorder and other items in one cart/payment your entire order will be shipped once we have all the items in stock, which means you may have to wait a little longer for everything to be done. If you want to make sure you get your regular items first you should place separate orders.
-> What are the style/cut/sizes of your shirts?
We use Tultex 202 Unisex T-shirts from XS-2XL, and you can see the American size specifications -here-.
-> When will item x be available again? Will there be a reprint of item y?
Generally we try to keep enough back stock and inventory to allow us to list items for longer than a few weeks. If something ends up selling out, we'll do our best to put the item back in stock as soon
as we can. Make sure you keep an eye out on the various social media accounts for announcements of new or returning products.
-> My order arrived to me damaged. Can I get a replacement?Send an email to the address provided at the bottom of the page or fill out the site’s 'contact' form, giving details of how your order arrived to you and we'll see what we can do to fix the issue.
-> It's been a long time and I still haven't received my merch. What can be done?
Please send us the following details via the email at the bottom of this page or the 'contact' form on this site. Please note that we ship to the address that we are provided with by your PayPal account, and we cannot replace any orders that go missing as a result of you giving an incorrect address and not informing us before items are dispatched. They are shipped in good faith, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have used the correct address (check your order receipt). We do try our best to rectify order issues, but in these cases the fault does not lie with us and we are therefore unfortunately unable to replace the items free of charge.

ITEMS RETURNED BACK TO US: If we receive a returned package due to an incorrect address or failure to pay customs for pick up, we will notify you as soon as possible. Unfortunately you will have to pay the price of shipping a second time in order for us to resend your package.
-> Do you accept exchanges/refunds
If the issue is our mistake e.g. the wrong item sent, then yes. Otherwise it is at our discretion, although generally we will do what we can to help out. However please note that limited edition items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless we have made an error. Which is unlikely ;) The same applies to items sold as seconds or misprints.
